VIP Lounges: Avianca has exclusive lounges for travelers in Executive Class and AviancaPlus members with Gold, Platinum, and Executive Platinum status in Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla, Armenia, Pereira, Cali, Cúcuta, Quito and Guayaquil and provides the service in VIP lounges in other domestic and international airports through agreements with airlines and hotels.

In VIP lounges there's check-in for passengers without luggage, comfortable seating, food and beverage service, areas for meetings and relaxation, telephones, fax machines, TV and free Internet via WiFi technology.
